Chop Chop Menu Winter 2016

Last year, we had so much fun with Chop Chop that this year we decided to extend our days open to Monday through Saturday (February 22 to 27), for Chop Chop Winter 2016! (We’re closed on Sunday, the 28th.)

Take note: during the week only our Chop Chop menu will be available — three options, one of which is vegetarian. The regular menu returns the following week. Bookings are going quickly and we would love to share our menu with everyone, so please give us a call to reserve a seat. You can make reservations at 214-8259.

Antipasti – il Terzetto (Trio, includes all three)

  • Polpette Arrabiatta
    hand rolled beef and pork oven roasted meatball topped with a spicy tomato sauce
  • Bruschetta al Pomodoro e due Formaggio
    garlic rubbed grilled ciabatta, chopped roma tomato bruschetta, whipped ricotta,
    Reggiano-parmigiano
  • Arancini di Funghi Misti con Bolognese
    deep-fried risotto and wild mushroom fritter

Secondi – Pollo Zeppo
pan seared boneless chicken breast stuffed with spinach and three cheeses finished in a white wine and pancetta cream sauce with crispy roasted rosemary and garlic infused potatoes.

Dolce – Fragola e Limone Sorbetto

Antipasti – Croccante Truffare e Ripieni di Funghi
crispy Italian flatbread served with warm marinara, spicy sausage and Bolognese sauces for dipping, paired with an oven roasted house-made sausage stuffed mushroom cap

Secondi – Brasto al Valpolicella
low and slow braised beef short rib served on creamy cheese polenta finished with a horseradish gremolata

Dolce – Chop Chop Cioccolato
dark chocolate semifreddo nestled in choux pastry drizzled with warm milk chocolate sauce
